What Couch to Cloud 9 actually is…
A daily video programme with a simple structure that works quietly in the background of your transformation. The programme is built around a series of sessions that act like workouts, but for your mind and motivation.
The sessions create change as each day you watch a short video which is based on one of the three pillars.
How Long Term Change Really Happens…
The process of change happens when you create a new thought, that brings a new feeling, which eventually becomes a new habit. This means you do not just want to do the behaviour, but you do it automatically without thinking.
Some traditional, willpower based plans, accidently create this change, but they make it much harder to do than it needs to be. However, this is rare, the vast majority of cases, they just make you feel bad about yourself for failing yet again.
What you need is a sustained, gentle, yet prolonged approach to change over a couple of months. Where you build on previous progress.

Each session is comprised of :
– A Short Insight Video – These videos cut through the noise and misinformation to give you clear, practical understanding that you can actually use.
– A Simple Practical Action – You must make a move in the real word to generate momentum. All the actions are short and easy to do.
–An Affirmation – The words you use are an invitation to think differently on a subject, each video will have you exploring an area to help you move forward.
The programme is designed so you watch 1 video per day, so each session takes three days to complete.
